In one sentence: SoulMinter is a self-service software tool that builds a standard Solana token-creation transaction from the details you enter, then submits it to your own wallet for you to approve. It is a developer utility for making SPL and Token-2022 mints — not a wallet, exchange, bank, or investment product.

What SoulMinter does:

  • Creates SPL and Token-2022 token mints on the Solana blockchain from parameters you choose (name, symbol, supply, decimals, metadata).
  • Lets you manage authorities you already hold — for example, revoking mint or freeze authority or updating metadata — from your own connected wallet.
  • Charges a single, clearly stated fee in SOL for use of the software and to cover infrastructure costs. The fee is shown before you sign.

What SoulMinter does not do:

  • We never ask for, collect, or store your seed phrase, private key, or wallet password. Every transaction is approved in your own wallet's pop-up.
  • We never take custody of your SOL, your wallet, or the tokens you create, and we cannot move or reverse them.
  • We do not impersonate any person, brand, exchange, or wallet, and we do not contact you first asking you to "verify," "sync," or "unlock" a wallet or to send funds anywhere.
  • We do not issue, sell, promote, or recommend any token, and nothing here is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

1. Who We Are

SoulMinter is a self-service, non-custodial software interface that lets builders publish and administer their own SPL and Token-2022 mints on the Solana blockchain. The Platform is a client-side application: it constructs transactions from parameters you provide and submits them through your connected wallet. We do not hold your keys, your SOL, or the tokens you create.

SoulMinter is operated as a sole proprietorship. There is no affiliated parent company, holding entity, or group of related companies. The legal operator of the Platform is the natural person identified below, registered in Hungary as an egyéni vállalkozó (sole proprietor).

3. What SoulMinter Is — and What It Is Not

SoulMinter is a software tool. The Platform provides a no-code interface to two things: (a) creating SPL or Token-2022 mints owned by the wallet that signs the creation transaction, and (b) administering mints whose authorities are held by the user (renounce mint authority, update metadata, transfer authority, pause/thaw frozen accounts in compliance with the rules the user themselves configured at mint time, etc.).

SoulMinter is not:

  • Not a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA). We do not custody crypto-assets, operate a trading platform, exchange crypto-assets for funds or other crypto-assets, execute orders, place crypto-assets, receive or transmit orders, provide portfolio management or advice, or run transfer services on behalf of clients.
  • Not a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) in the FATF sense. We do not move value between persons.
  • Not a payment institution, e-money issuer, bank, exchange, broker, or custodian.
  • Not the issuer or offeror of any token created using the Platform. The mint, freeze, and update authorities are vested in the wallet the user controls. The user chooses the token's name, symbol, supply, parameters, marketing, distribution, and economics — and bears all corresponding obligations.
  • Not an investment, financial, legal, or tax adviser. Nothing on the Platform constitutes advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any crypto-asset or financial instrument.
  • Not a venue for fundraising on behalf of users. We do not pool funds, run sales, conduct ICOs, IDOs, IEOs, or token offerings, and we do not solicit investments in any project that uses our tooling.

Service fees in SOL are charged for the use of the software interface and to cover infrastructure costs (RPC, metadata storage, etc.). They are not custody, exchange, placement, or any other regulated service.

4. No Affiliation with Third Parties

SoulMinter is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or partnered with any of the third parties mentioned, depicted, or linked to on the Platform. References to third-party names, marks, products, services, wallets, blockchains, exchanges, marketplaces, storage networks, RPC providers, indexers, or other brands are for informational and interoperability purposes only.

This applies, without limitation, to any blockchain, wallet, exchange, marketplace, storage network, RPC provider, indexer, data platform, developer framework, or other service or brand that the Platform may interoperate with, reference, or link to. All trademarks, product names, and brand names are the property of their respective owners, and their use here does not imply any relationship with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from those parties.

Where the Platform interoperates with a third-party network or service (for example, by submitting a Solana transaction through an RPC provider or by pinning metadata to a decentralised storage network), we do not operate those networks, do not control their availability or pricing, and assume no responsibility for their behaviour. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to those third parties' own terms.

5. Non-Custodial by Design

  • We never hold, store, pool, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or any crypto-assets.
  • You retain full and exclusive control over your wallet and all assets within it at all times.
  • Every transaction initiated through the Platform — for token creation or for token administration — is constructed client-side and signed and broadcast from your connected wallet.
  • We cannot recover funds, reverse signed transactions, restore lost seed phrases, or intervene in disputes between users and token holders.

6. Your Compliance Responsibility

By using SoulMinter to create, manage, or modify a token, you acknowledge and agree that you alone are responsible for ensuring that:

  • the token, and every subsequent activity related to it (public offering, sale, distribution, marketing, listing, promotion), complies with every law applicable in every relevant jurisdiction — including MiCA, national implementations, securities, derivatives, commodities, consumer-protection, AML/CTF, sanctions, tax, advertising, intellectual-property, and data-protection laws;
  • you have obtained all necessary independent legal, regulatory, and tax advice regarding your token activities;
  • you are not subject to any sanctions list and are not located in or acting from any jurisdiction where your activity is prohibited.

SoulMinter does not vet, monitor, endorse, validate, or approve the legality, classification, or regulatory compliance of any token created or managed on the Platform.

7. Risk Warning

Crypto-assets are volatile and high-risk. Actions performed on the Solana blockchain — including renouncing mint, freeze, or update authority, and finalising Token-2022 extensions — are irreversible. Loss of private keys results in permanent loss of access to your assets. You may lose all value committed. Read our full Disclaimer before using the Platform.

8. Security & Anti-Phishing

SoulMinter is a software tool, not a phishing site. We have no way to access your wallet beyond the single transaction you approve, and we never try to. To help you stay safe and to make our practices unambiguous:

  • We will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, or wallet password. No legitimate Solana tool needs them. SoulMinter signs every action through your wallet's own approval pop-up — we never see or request that information.
  • We never contact you first. We do not send unsolicited direct messages, emails, or calls asking you to "verify," "validate," "migrate," "sync," or "unlock" a wallet, claim a surprise airdrop, or send SOL to a "validation" address. Any message like that is not from us.
  • Our only official website is https://soulminter.io. We do not operate look-alike domains, separate "wallet-connect" portals, or third-party airdrop pages. Treat any other site claiming to be SoulMinter as fraudulent.
  • We do not impersonate anyone. SoulMinter is operated openly by the named operator above. Third-party brand names shown on the Platform are interoperability references only — see Section 4, No Affiliation with Third Parties.
  • We collect only what the software needs to run. We do not sell personal data and never use any data to access your funds. See our Privacy Policy for details.

If you receive a message claiming to be from SoulMinter that asks for your keys, seed phrase, password, or funds, it is not us. Please report it to main@soulminter.io so we can warn other users.
